Maple Dijon Dressing
Perfect for fall salads or as a sauce to top roasted vegetables. You can try it out in this Butternut Squash & Turkey Kielbasa Bowl. This maple dijon dressing has all the flavors you crave when the weather turns frosty.
This is quick to put together with ingredients you might already have on hand.
Maple Dijon Dressing Ingredients
Dijon Mustard: You can get a bit experimental here. A honey mustard or a grainy mustard would make for a nice variation. But put the yellow mustard down, we’re not making hot dogs.
Maple Syrup: I would only use 100% pure maple syrup for this recipe.
Garlic-infused olive oil: I’ve used garlic-infused olive oil here which is a good option if you are sensitive to raw garlic. Otherwise, feel free to swap in regular olive oil and a crushed garlic clove or some garlic powder.
Apple Cider Vinegar: Feel free to substitute another vinegar. White vinegar will work fine.
